Previous Exhibitions
David Barette has exhibited in a number of London venues. Some European Cities opened at The Changing Room Gallery, Walthamstow in 2007 and showed subsequently at La Brioche Restaurant (Hampstead), Spark Cafe (Springfield Park, Clapton), Lakeside Cafe (Alexandra Palace) and Chichi restaurant ( nr. Bethnal Green). Subtitles (of Life & Death) opened at The Changing Room Gallery in 2008 and showed subsequently at Lakeside Cafe, Spark Cafe, and the Gallery Cafe (Bethnal Green). An early version of this show was exhibited for the E17 Art Trail in 2007. A short film,In a Lonely Place (Forever), was shown in 2008 for the E17 Art Trail. Somewhere Else was exhibited at The Changing Room Gallery and Matsu Photographers Gallery (Mile End, London) in 2009. Subtitles (of Life and Death) was exhibited in 2009 for the E17 Art Trail. In 2010 two photographs from Somewhere Else featured in an exhibition entitled Beyond Words at The Red Room Gallery, Walthamstow.
